Digital Products & Downloads
How do I receive my digital products?
All digital products are delivered via a download link after checkout and will also be sent to your email. Check your spam or junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. All digital content is copyrighted and licensed for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Can I request a refund for a digital product?
No. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to instant access and delivery.
What if I accidentally delete or lose my download?
You can re-access your digital product using the original download email. If you’re still having trouble, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you.
Mentorship Programs
What does your mentorship include?
Our mentorship offerings range from budget-friendly entry levels to advanced real estate investment support. Programs may include strategy guides, live sessions, templates, case studies, and checklists.
Is mentorship refundable?
No. All mentorship purchases are final due to the digital and personalized nature of our programs. We encourage reviewing all package details before purchase. Results will vary based on your commitment and application of the materials.
How does appointment scheduling work?
After you’ve purchased your mentorship program, please return to the calendar and book a date and time that works best for you. If none of the available times listed on the calendar above work for your schedule, feel free to reach out via email or the Contact Us form—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I upgrade to a higher mentorship tier later?
Yes. Just email info@erosreclusion.com, and we’ll walk you through the upgrade process.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Yes, you’re welcome to purchase coaching more than once. Each purchase grants you access to a new set of mentorship sessions and resources.
Can I gift a mentorship package to someone else?
Yes! After purchasing, email us with the recipient’s name and email address so we can ensure they receive the proper onboarding information.
Training Courses
What are the training courses?
Our training courses are self-paced digital programs designed to help you master real estate, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial skills—on your schedule. Each course includes pre-recorded video lessons and downloadable resources.
How do I access the training materials?
Once the course is purchased, you’ll receive an email with instant access to the video modules and materials through our learning platform.
Are the training courses live or pre-recorded?
All training courses are pre-recorded, allowing you to learn at your own pace. No live sessions are required.
Can I ask questions or get support during the course?
While these are self-paced courses, you’ll be able to reach out with general questions via email or the Contact Us form. For deeper support, 1-on-1 mentorship is available separately.
Are the training courses refundable?
No. Due to the digital nature of the content and instant access upon purchase, all course sales are final.
Apparel & Merchandise
Can I return or exchange apparel if it doesn’t fit?
Because all apparel is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. Please check sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email info@erosreclusion.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll evaluate your request and, if eligible, issue a replacement or store credit.
How long does shipping take?
Most apparel ships within 7–10 business days, though this may vary based on your location or carrier delays.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Who fulfills the apparel orders?
We work with trusted third-party print and shipping providers. Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to your email.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping?
Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier issues. Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. For damaged items, reach out to us within 7 days with full details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover).
I didn’t receive my order confirmation or download link. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us at info@erosreclusion.com with your name and order number.

Are your books available in both digital and print formats?
Yes. Most books are available as both eBooks and paperback editions. Format availability is listed on each product page.
Where can I buy your books?
While our titles are featured on our website, all purchases are fulfilled by our trusted third-party distributor. You’ll be redirected to their platform to complete your order.
Do you offer refunds or replacements for books?
Because all book orders are fulfilled through our third-party distributor, any issues with digital or physical copies (such as damaged items or download problems) must be handled directly through the distributor's support system. Please refer to your order confirmation email for next steps.
