At Eros Reclusion, we are dedicated to offering empowering, high-quality products and services—from mentorship and real estate tools to digital content and apparel. To ensure transparency and protect both your experience and our brand, please review the following return, refund, and shipping policies before purchasing.
1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
All digital items—such as eBooks, templates, scripts, checklists, guides, and downloadable PDFs—are delivered electronically and are non-refundable.
You are considered to have received the product once the download link or access is delivered via email or after checkout. All digital sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accidental purchases
- Buyer’s remorse
- Inability to download or access files
- Misunderstanding of product details

2. Mentorship & Coaching Services (Non-Refundable)
All mentorship services, coaching sessions, and educational programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By enrolling in mentorship, you agree that:
- No specific outcomes, income, or results are guaranteed
- Your success depends on your individual effort and application
- Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, dissatisfaction, or failure to implement content
We reserve the right to revoke access without refund in cases of misconduct or policy violations.

3. Apparel & Physical Products (Final Sale)
All apparel and physical merchandise are final sale and made to order through third-party fulfillment providers. We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues
- Ordering errors
- Buyer’s remorse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@erosreclusion.com. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
While we do not issue direct refunds, we will assist in initiating a resolution or replacement through our third-party fulfillment vendor if their policy allows. If the vendor approves a refund or replacement, we will honor that decision.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment Disclaimer
Our physical products are fulfilled by third-party printing and shipping services. Once your order has been shipped:
- Eros Reclusion is not responsible for delays, lost packages, incorrect delivery, or shipping carrier errors
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for any transit-related issues
Tracking information will be provided via email once your item is shipped. For fulfillment-related issues involving damage or mistakes, contact info@erosreclusion.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist where possible.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us at info@erosreclusion.com before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid digital downloads, mentorship, or shipped merchandise may result in:
- Revoked access to products and services
- Ban from future purchases
- Legal follow-up for breach of policy
We are happy to work with you to resolve concerns in a fair and timely manner.
