Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No exceptions will be made for buyer’s remorse or mistaken purchases.

It is the customer’s responsibility to download and save files after purchase. Lost downloads may be resent upon request at our discretion.

3. Mentorship Terms

Mentorship programs are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, or success.

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Respect confidentiality and boundaries
• Not record, duplicate, or share mentorship sessions or materials
• Accept that your results depend on your individual effort, implementation, and personal circumstances

We reserve the right to remove any mentee for misconduct, abuse, or breach of contract without refund.

4. Apparel & Physical Products

All apparel and physical products are fulfilled by third-party vendors. Eros Reclusion LLC does not manufacture, handle, or ship physical goods directly.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact the fulfillment vendor directly to file a claim. Eros Reclusion LLC is not responsible for:

• Manufacturing or sizing issues
• Shipping delays or errors caused by the carrier
• Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
• Any return or replacement process

We recommend reviewing sizing charts and product details carefully before placing an order. Claims for vendor-related issues must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting documentation or photos, to the vendor’s customer service team.

All real estate documents, scripts, tools, and content are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice.
